Product Description
The hydraulic station mainly uses motors and pumps as the main power source, and realizes jacking, walking and lateral movement through PLC programs. All hydraulic valves and controllers in the system are operated by electrical or manual control. The synchronous pump is driven by a variable frequency motor, and an equal amount of oil flow (L/min) is injected into each jacking unit. This feature makes all jacking, walking, and lateral movement synchronous, regardless of the load. The gantry crane is connected to the hydraulic station through a hose with a quick connector, and the jacking, walking or traversing modules can be controlled separately through the solenoid valve on the hydraulic station, and its speed is adjusted through the operating handle. The hydraulic system is equipped with a safety locking circuit. When the hydraulic hose is accidentally damaged or the mechanical lock loses its function, the hydraulic valve will automatically lock the telescopic arm at any position to prevent accidents.
